Listen, before we go on, just know that I'm a straight shooter. I'm just a guy. I don't want any service I subscribe to to ever be dishonest with me, so I make a point to always be honest and easygoing with you.

What I will provide:

Unlimited access to the Mention Markets Analyzer tool.

Data privacy: I will never sell or even share any of your info with anyone else. Also, the search is done client-side, so I'm not able to see what you're researching, even if I wanted to.

If your purchase is for lifetime access, I guarantee that for the first 2 years after your purchase, transcripts for all new events will be added no more than 7 days after the event. After 2 years from your purchase, I'll continue to provide new transcripts, I just can't guarantee the 7-day update schedule.

I don't anticipate I'll ever need to do this, but I reserve the right to cancel your access and issue you a refund at any time.

New features you suggest! You are paying a lot of money for the service, so I will definitely make a point to tweak and make updates you suggest. And if you want some events and new categories added, I'll add those for free too. This is all within reason, of course. I have to manually process the transcripts and it's a fair amount of work - remember, I'm just a guy.

What you must do:

There aren't many rules to follow. Basically it's just:

• Don't share access with anyone. This one is really important - I may constrain access to only your IP address.
• Understand that no results are guaranteed by the use of this tool.
• Please don't try to hack or break the website.
• Have fun and go out and make a ton of money!
